Matt Stowe is a staff employee of the Quantum Computing Technologies Group at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory who is currently on leave pursuing his PhD at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Matt received his M.S. in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001. He has several years experience working as a research assistant in the study of optical measurement of semiconductor surface morphology, terahertz time domain spectroscopy, and nonlinear and quantum optics.
